For one night only, Nui transforms into a Top Chef Canada alumni showcase as Katy Cheung, Dez Lo, and Billy Nguyen take over the kitchen with an à la carte menu that highlights their signature styles. Paired with Nui’s cocktail-driven program plus a selection of beer, wine and soju, this intimate pop-up promises a fast-paced, high-energy dining experience that captures the spirit of Top Chef in a single evening.
