This Month’s Featured Canadian Winery
Stratus Vineyards is one of the most influential modern wineries in Niagara-on-the-Lake and helped redefine what premium Canadian wine could look like. Founded in the early 2000s, the winery quickly became known for combining ambitious winemaking, sustainability, and striking contemporary architecture. It’s especially respected for its Bordeaux-style blends, small-lot experimentation, and environmentally progressive approach.
