Recognized as one of Condé Nast's most coveted destinations for 2026, The Lilac Retreat unfolds amid the quietly magnetic landscapes of Prince Edward County — a multi-day immersion where renowned international wellness practitioners, award-winning chefs, and winemakers converge to nourish the senses in equal measure.

About The Lilac Retreat

Designed to restore, recalibrate, and reconnect. And of course, indulge a little bit. Ancient practices meet contemporary culinary expressions across three immersive days. Mornings begin with Kundalini meditation, afternoons unfold through nature, ritual, and conversation. Evenings gather guests around deeply intentional dining experiences with incredible restaurateurs and chefs, shaped by culture, lineage, and seasonality.

From forest and shoreline walks to fire-lit ceremonies and sensory-led dinners, each moment is intentional. The pace is unhurried, the setting expansive, and the experience designed for those seeking both nourishment and perspective.

This is not a passive retreat. It is participatory, atmospheric, and grounded in presence, with delicious food and beverage along the way.
