The Culinary Program
Designed to restore, recalibrate, and reconnect. And of course, indulge a little bit. Ancient practices meet contemporary culinary expressions across three immersive days. Mornings begin with Kundalini meditation, afternoons unfold through nature, ritual, and conversation. Evenings gather guests around deeply intentional dining experiences with incredible restaurateurs and chefs, shaped by culture, lineage, and seasonality.
From forest and shoreline walks to fire-lit ceremonies and sensory-led dinners, each moment is intentional. The pace is unhurried, the setting expansive, and the experience designed for those seeking both nourishment and perspective.
This is not a passive retreat. It is participatory, atmospheric, and grounded in presence, with delicious food and beverage along the way.
Date: Full days, May 22nd to 24th, 2026
Location: Waupoos Region, Prince Edward County, Ontario. Given the private nature of the retreat, specific location details will be shared upon booking.
Day 1: Arrival & Grounding with morning wellness, Latin American brunch by Stella’s Eatery, traditional Chinese Medicine workshop and a special evening sensory dining experience led by Michelin-recognized, Master Chef of France, Didier Leroy.
Day 2: Ritual & Release with multiple wellness experiences, leisure time in the afternoon and a bonfire dinner by Chef Sally Ramasaran of Sally’s Roti Shop, a Canadian Chef favorite.
Day 3: Expression & Integration with balance, creative discussion with artist Gail Hill, and an Indigenous-inspired lunch by Mohawe Chef Lee Arden Lewis with Chef Leah Marshall Hannon.

Please note that transportation to Prince Edward County is not included. Accommodations are an additional charge, however, we’ve secured three beautiful accommodations at reasonable preferred pricing. After booking. After booking your spot, you will be contacted by the organizer to finalize details, help organize accommodations, provide any other recommendations you need. You will also receive the full itinerary for the retreat and a recommended packing list.
Cancellations and Refunds. This is a pre-paid experience that is non-cancellable and non-refundable. It is transferable with 48 hours notice.
Exclusions. Transportation to and from Prince Edward County are not included. Accommodations are at your discretion for an additional fee. Per below, we have negotiated preferred rates at select accommodations nearby. Reach out to us if you have any questions.

ESCARPMENT CABINS & NATURE SANCTUARY
Perched along the escarpment in Waupoos, Harmony PEC offers immersion in one of the County’s most breathtaking landscapes. The property unfolds across shale, juniper, and wild botanicals, with sweeping lake views.
A collection of cabins is nestled within the forest, designed for privacy and connection to the land. Interiors feature organic materials, plant-based mattresses, flax linens, and curated wellness elements.
A central fire circle and elevated yoga deck anchor the experience. Nights are defined by stillness, starlight, and a sense of removal from the everyday.
Each stay contributes to reforestation efforts.
$415 per night per cabin, plus applicable taxes. Max 2 person occupancy. Queen or 2 single bed configurations.
LAKEFRONT ESTATE
Set across 45 acres of secluded forest along the shores of Lake Ontario, Mirazule is one of Prince Edward County’s most refined and architecturally striking properties. Designed by Toronto-based BlackLAB Architects, the residence is a study in light, scale, and quiet sophistication.
Expansive walls of glass frame uninterrupted lake views, creating a constant dialogue between interior and landscape. The home is layered with contemporary Canadian and European art alongside curated Art Deco furnishings.
Guests stay in a limited collection of suites with king beds, Egyptian cotton linens, oversized soaker tubs, skylit bathrooms, and soft ambient lighting.

Truehouse is the home base of The Lilac Retreat and offers a fully integrated experience, inclusive of 2 nights and 3 days of all programming, activities, and meals.
