Join us on June 26th for the first ever private dining night at Sushi Hyun Omakase, a 1 Michelin Star culinary experience in Vancouver, with MICHELIN Young Chef Award winner, Ju Hyun Lee. Recognized as a Top 10 restaurant in the Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants list in 2025, and Canada’s 100 Best, Sushi Hyun Omakase is an exceptional dining experience where every detail, every bite and every story shapes an evening that will last in your memory.

About the Evening:
Step inside one of Vancouver's most intimate dining experiences for an extraordinary evening with award-winning Japanese Chef Ju Hyun Lee. With just eight seats available, guests will enjoy a rare opportunity to experience the artistry of Edomae-style sushi from just across the counter, as Chef Hyun Lee personally guides you through a meticulously crafted seasonal omakase.
The evening begins with a refined selection of seasonal tsumami, showcasing a curated assortment of Japanese bites to begin, highlighting seasonal ingredients and optionally paired with Champagne and premium sake. The experience then transitions into an exceptional seasonal sushi and sashimi progression featuring some of Japan's most celebrated seafood, from wild bluefin tuna and uni to pristine shellfish and rare seasonal fish. At your choice, thoughtfully selected sake and wine pairings accompany the sushi course, designed to complement and elevate each expression of flavour.
A traditional rice course follows, offering a comforting and deeply satisfying conclusion to the savoury journey before dessert and tea provide a graceful finale. Throughout the evening, guests may choose to enhance their experience with a carefully curated beverage pairing program featuring Champagne, sake, wine, and yuzu sake, selected to provide greater variety, balance, and harmony with each course.

Cancellations, refunds and transfers. This is a fully prepaid dining experience. All sales are final, no cancellations or refunds are permitted. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else upon sharing their name, email and phone number with us.
Adult-only experience. This is an adult only event. All guests in your party must be of the age of majority.
Responsible transportation. Given the available libations and pairings, please consider a ride share service.
