On Friday, July 10, guests will step behind the doors of The Vintage Conservatory in Yorkville, an exquisitely designed private members club that remains inaccessible to the public. The evening begins with an unconventional arrival before winding through rows of private wine lockers, eventually emerging into one of the city's most remarkable hospitality spaces.

  • Location & Adress: The Vintage Conservatory, Yorkville. Details will be provide 48 hours prior to event.

  • Date: Friday July 10th

  • Featured Chefs: Executive Chef Evan Davis (La Banane & Bar Banane) alongside Resident Chef James Vigil (The Vintage Conservatory, formerly of The Drake Hotel and Greta Solomon's).

  • Event Timing: Arrivals begin at 6:30pm, commencing with a welcome reception, cocktails by Dillon’s and delicious bites. Dinner begins around 7:30pm.

  • Price: $275 per person including pairings and gratuity. Tax is extra.

About the Evening:

The experience unfolds in two acts, opening with a reception in the club's library, where seasonal cocktails, bubbly, and an array of thoughtfully prepared canapés invite guests to meet, mingle, and settle into the night.

From there, everyone gathers around a single long dining table for an intimate multi-course dinner created exclusively for this one evening by resident Chef James Vigil, formerly of The Drake Hotel and Greta Solomon’s, alongside Executive Chef Evan Davis of La Banane and Bar Banane. La Banane has been recognized by Canada's 100 Best and the MICHELIN Guide, while Bar Banane has earned national acclaim as one of Canada's leading cocktail destinations.

Together, the chefs have crafted a seasonal menu inspired by contemporary French cuisine, with thoughtful wine pairings accompanying every course.

  • Dietary restrictions. Please inform us as soon as possible, or in your order confirmation, if you have any dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate or verify with the Chef. Dietaries must be disclosed at least 3 business days in advance.

  • Prefer non-alcoholic pairings? If you’d like to attend but do not wish to have wine pairings, please purchase your tickets as linked above and kindly reach out to community@getdinr.com and confirm your preference. Given the intricacy of the evening, the price will be the same.

  • Please be punctual. Given the special nature of this event, late arriving guests may not receive the full experience or all courses.

  • Cancellations, refunds and transfers. This is a fully prepaid dining experience. All sales are final, no cancellations or refunds are permitted. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else upon sharing their name, email and phone number with us.

  • Adult-only experience. This is an adult-only event. All guests in your party must be of the age of majority.

  • Responsible transportation. Given the available libations and pairings, please consider a ride share service.
